TRADE STANDS
Following the success of our Charity Garden Show in June 2010 at Abbots Ripton Hall, near Huntingdon, Cambs home of Lord & Lady De Ramsey when we attracted around 8,000 visitors, we will again be holding this again in June 2012 with emphasis on FOOD & GARDEN and hope you will want to join us and book a Trade Stand.
We are also holding a new Show in Scotland at Duntreath Castle just north of Glasgow which we hope you will want to join us at.
As well as the two beautiful gardens being open, we are planning Garden competitions and Gardening & Cookery Demonstration. At Abbots Ripton Show we will have a new FOOD SALES SECTION. We also have SAFA Floral Arrangement show and an Art Show at Duntreath. At both shows we will again start with a Gala Evening for over 800 Invited Guests when Trade Stands are requested be open . We are expecting 7-10,000 visitors over the weekend at both shows . Charities being supported include Cambridgeshire Red Cross, Dreamdrops Children’s Charity, Erskine Hospital, Canine Partners, Huntingdon Women’s Institute, Scotland’s Garden’s. Artlink Central and other local Charities.
The Shows opening hours are Friday Gala 6-9pm, Sat & Sun 10am-6pm
We would like to invite you to reserve a stand in the Gardens at both these Shows to display your products. Only 80 Stands will be available at each Show . Only the highest quality products will be on show in keeping with the Beautiful settings. The cost of Outdoor Stands for the 2 ½ days will be £250 ( 5mtrs Wide X 4m Deep ) or if a larger stand is required the price will be Pro-rata.
Smaller Marquee Open Fronted Stands (10ft x 15ft Deep) will be available at the same cost . If Electricity is required for Marquee Stands we will provide a Generator. The Marquee Stands are similar to Shedding stands except they have no dividers between each stand, and only have a back wall ( see photo on our Websites if in doubt ). For all outside stands you need to provide your own electricity. Trestle Tables will only be provided if ordered in advance at £10 each. Balance of Balance will be due on 1st April for both shows.
We will offer a Special Early Booking Discount price of £200 for all early Booking.
** Prices for booking received after 1st January 2012 will be £250 per Unit.
At Abbots Ripton as well as the larger Stands we have a small Local Food & Drink Marquee and can offer 6ft. by 2ft. 6 ins. space at just £50 plus 10% of any takings, which will enable local producers and suppliers to promote and sell their products.
To secure a space at the shows a non-refundable deposit of £50 per stand payable to
‘ Abbots Ripton Hall Garden Show ‘ or ‘ Duntreath Castle Garden Show ‘ is required.

Please note the Show Organisers expect all Trade Stand Exhibitors to have their own Public Liability and personal insurance to cover their Trade Stand. The Show Organisers will not accept any Liability for Losses or claims, which may result. They must also follow all legislation and carry out adequate
Risk Assessment for their participation at these events. No Trade to leave the Show Ground until closing time on the final day.
