Abbots Ripton Hall Garden Show, Huntingdon
30th June - 1st July 2012
Welcome to Catherine Frost, Usborne Books who booked the first stand for 2010 on 12th January 2009, and we already have 50 stands booked for this summers show.
Only 110 stands will be available at this Show and we will try our best to restrict competing products. Only the highest quality products will be on show in keeping with the beautiful settings. The cost of stands for the 2 days will be £250 for a 5m wide by 4m deep stand.
If a larger stand is required this will also be possible (price dependent on requirement).
Smaller Marquee 'Shedding' stands (10ft by 15ft deep) will be available at £250, but the availibilty of these is limited so early booking is advised. These Stands are open on one side (10ft), and have a Back Partition, but they do not have any sides, so you need to provide your own Partition if required to screen your stand from your Neighbour if you so wish.
To secure a space at the show a deposit of £40 per Stand is payable immediately and final payments will be due by 1st April to 'Abbots Ripton Hall Garden Show' is required.
Trade Stands need to be set up by 5.30pm on Friday 29th June and we would like all to be open for our Gala Evening from 6pm-9pm for 7-800 Guests. The Gala Evening will be held in the same area as our Trade Stands. At Previous shows many traders have done very well on Gala Evenings.
Trade Stands will be open on Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July from 10am till 6pm, and no Trade stand may leave the showground until the Show is over. All Traders Rubbish must be removed by them and any left behind will be struck off invitations to exhibit at future shows.

All Exhibitors must have their own Public Liability Insurance, and confirm that the Show Organisors cannot be held responsible for any and all loss or accident.
CANCELLATION POLICY - In the unlikely event of cancellation no refunds will be made for Trade Stands or advanced Tickets purchased. We take this decision as this show is run entitely for local Charities. We hope all Exhibitors and visitors will support this policy.
