Club Day out in June 2010.
We are again holding the Abbots Ripton Hall Garden Show which enables the Public the chance of visiting Lord & Lady De Ramsey s private Gardens, and have pleasure in inviting your Group to visit. The event take place on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th June 2010 from 10am- 5pm.
Come and visit these Magnificent Gardens which only now open to the Public once every two years.
Concessionary Tickets must be purchased in advance for just £5 EACH from the address on the application form, based on a minimum group of 20.
Final Numbers and final payment must be given 3 weeks before the show, but an indication that you will be bringing a Group is essential and must be received by the End April. You will need to indicate which Day and what time you would like to arrive if coming by Coach as tickets are only issued for one day and Coaches need to arrive within 30 minutes of their Booked Times, which are strictly limited.
An initial £40 Deposit will be required with your Booking form with an indication of approximate numbers who may come.
Final payment & numbers must be received in our Office by 1st June 2010 weeks before your visit next year, together with a large Stamped Addressed Envelope with 70p Stamps/Postage.
Cheques should be payable to ‘Abbots Ripton Hall Garden Show’
Wheelchair access to the Gardens is possible.
No refunds will be given, as this is a Charity Show
SORRY NO PICNICS may be brought into the Gardens.
No Dogs allowed (Except Guide Dogs)

Little Bentley Hall Waterways & Garden Show will again be taking place near Colchester in Essex on 5th & 6th June, and special concessionary tickets are available also at £5 , but sorry no Coaches can be accepted. ( Mini Bus's can be accomodated ) www.littlebentley.net
